02Texts, images and code

The texts, photographs, videos, graphic design, layout and code of the site belong to Unlead, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright law (Law 633/1941). The same applies to the proprietary typeface used in the headings.

You may browse the site, share links to its pages and quote short passages with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction of the images, even in part, requires our written consent.

The images of our work show projects carried out for clients: some rights may also belong to them.

03Trademarks

Unlead, Unlead Cloud, ERA and the names of the ERA software products are distinctive signs of Unlead. They may not be used in company, product, service or domain names, or in any way that suggests an affiliation or sponsorship, without our written consent.

Clients' trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear solely to document the work carried out.

04Information and liability

We take care over the site's content, but it may contain inaccuracies or be out of date: it is for information only and does not constitute an offer. The terms of our services are those set out in our quotations and contracts.

To the extent permitted by law, Unlead is not liable for damage arising from use of the site or from its temporary unavailability.

05Links to other sites

The site contains links to the sites of clients, partners and third parties. These are independent sites: Unlead does not control their content and is not responsible for it, and a link does not mean that we endorse their content.

06Personal data and cookies

Requests sent through the site and browsing data are processed as described in the privacy policy. The site does not use profiling or statistical cookies.

07Governing law

This notice and the use of the site are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Court of Milan.
