Terms
Terms of use.
The rules for using the unlead.it website and where to find the terms of our services.
Courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
01What they apply to
These terms govern the use of the website www.unlead.it, run by Unlead di Gabriele Giudici (details are in the legal notice). By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
02The site does not sell online
The site presents Unlead, its services and the work it has carried out. No products can be purchased and no contracts can be concluded through the site.
Each service is governed by the quotation and the contract signed with the client, which prevail over anything described on the pages of the site.
03Unlead Cloud services
Hosting, virtual machines, domains, email, PEC and the other Unlead Cloud services are governed by specific documents: the Terms of service and the SLA published on unleadcloud.com.
04Permitted use
You may consult the site for personal and professional purposes. You may not:
- attempt to access non-public areas or systems, or to compromise their security;
- overload the site or copy its content by automated or bulk means;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or malicious code;
- use the site in any way contrary to the law or to the rights of third parties.
05Contact form
Anyone using the form undertakes to provide true data of their own. A request sent from the site does not bind either you or Unlead: its purpose is to start a conversation. Data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
06Content and trademarks
The texts, images, videos, graphic design and trademarks on the site are protected. The rules for using them are in the legal notice.
07Site availability
We may modify, update or suspend the site, in whole or in part, even without notice, for example for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Unlead is not liable for any interruptions.
08Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when the site or the regulations change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
09Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Court of Milan.
