Pilatify is a network of Pilates Reformer studios based in Magenta (Milan, Italy): for Pilatify we built the management software on ERA Wellness and brought the studios together in a single UniFi network.

The client
Pilatify is a network of Pilates Reformer studios based in Magenta, with studios run directly and as franchises by several companies. Each studio works by room, with small-group classes from 7:30am to 9:30pm.

01The management software

We configured ERA Wellness, the vertical of our ERA platform, around Pilatify's rules: a customer can train at any studio with the same class pass, while each studio keeps its own price list, trainers, till and invoice numbering.
02The network
- UniFi Fabric network across six studios
- Supply and configuration of UniFi hardware
We supplied and configured the UniFi hardware in the studios and brought the sites together in a UniFi Fabric, managed from Site Manager: people, access and security policies apply in the same way across the whole network.

The management software runs on Unlead Cloud; we look after the network and the software through our managed IT service.
