The project
The management system for a network of Pilates studios: one client record, one class pack, every location
The client
Pilatify is a network of Pilates Reformer studios based in Magenta, with studios in Magenta, Corbetta, Vittuone, Inveruno, Gaggiano, Motta Visconti, Abbiategrasso and Magnago, run directly and as franchises by several companies. Each studio works by room, with small-group classes from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.
The brief
A client must be able to train at any location with the same class pack. Yet each studio has its own price list, trainers, till and fiscal numbering, and the network has to calculate franchisee royalties.
The approach
We configured ERA Wellness, the vertical of our ERA platform, around Pilatify's rules, with the custom developments required: a single network-wide client register, bookings by room, trainer assignment, electronic invoicing per location, royalties, a CRM for trial classes and the My Pilatify portal for clients. The platform runs on Unlead Cloud and is managed by us.
