The project
The IAME championships platform: entries, accreditation and races for 50 karting championships across 6 continents
The client
IAME is one of the leading manufacturers of kart engines, based in Verdellino, in the province of Bergamo. Through IAME Motorsport it organises and promotes national and international championships, from the Eurocup to series in Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. IAME is part of the Korus group, which brings together Italian motorsport companies including Kart Republic and Komet.
The brief
A single system for drivers, teams, journalists and organisers in dozens of countries, with different classes, regulations and documents: entering, getting accredited and following the races all in one place. And a website capable of presenting 50 championships without losing clarity.
The approach
We built everything on ERA Motorsport, our software for master data, accreditation and events, and built the website and the iOS and Android app on top of it. A driver registers once and uses the same profile for every race on the calendar; organisers and race offices work on the same data, from press accreditation with a personal QR code to on-track checks, through to invoicing and refunds. The platform runs on Unlead Cloud and is managed by us.
